Crafting a news blurb

It seems like there's some ambiguity here. I think it's best to present a short draft and then ask if the user wants any changes. I could create a concise news blurb in Chinese, and something like this looks good:

"中超升班马重庆铜梁龙冲超成功，前重庆力帆名将赵和靖表示‘为铜梁龙冲超开心’，并寄望球队书写重庆足球新的传奇。”

I should also ask if they want me to rewrite or expand it into a full article or social media post. That way, I can provide options!
